Common questions

Screen Time isn't blocking my apps

StudyDork needs Screen Time permission to block apps. Open iOS Settings → Screen Time → make sure it's turned on, then in StudyDork re-grant Screen Time access from the Lockout tab. If you denied the permission on first launch, you may need to toggle it from Settings → StudyDork.

My calendar isn't syncing

Go to the Calendar tab and tap the connect prompt to re-link Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. If you recently changed your account password, re-authenticating usually fixes it. StudyDork only syncs events in a 90-day window either side of today.

I can't unlock my phone with the T-pose challenge

Make sure the camera has good lighting and that your whole body is visible in frame. You can switch unlock methods (tap challenge or T-pose) from StudyDork's Lockout settings if one isn't working for you.

How do I delete my account?

Open StudyDork → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all server-side data tied to your account. If you're having trouble with in-app deletion, email us and we'll take care of it.

I found a bug or have a feature request

Amazing, send it our way. Bug reports with steps to reproduce and screenshots are pure gold. Feature requests are read by the whole team and genuinely shape the roadmap.

Will Android be supported?

Android is on the roadmap but there's no firm release date yet. Join the waitlist on the home page to be notified when it lands.
