Can I unlock my apps early?

Yes, but it takes effort on purpose. On the free plan you can watch an ad or pay 400 gems. Pro replaces those with unlock actions such as holding a T-pose for 60 seconds, doing squats or pushups, or tapping 2,000 times. Pro also has Ultra Locked In, which removes every way out until the session ends.

How does StudyDork compare to apps like Forest or Opal?

Unlike Forest, which relies on passive visual motivation (trees withering) and does not prevent you from opening apps, StudyDork uses Apple's Screen Time framework to strictly block distracting apps. And unlike basic blockers that can be bypassed in one tap, StudyDork requires physical effort (such as squats or holding a T-pose) to quit early, while turning your study into XP, room decor, and clan progress with friends.
