Make studying rewarding

XP for every focused minute

A focus session earns 1 XP for each minute you study. Minutes with your distracting apps blocked earn 30% more.

XP counts twice. Your lifetime XP never goes down and decides your level. Your weekly XP decides where you place on this week's leaderboard.

Levels from 1 to 100

Lifetime XP carries you from level 1 to level 100, and each level takes a little longer than the last. Level 10 takes 2,700 XP. Level 100 takes 252,450.

Every level you gain gives you a Gems Chest. Higher levels also give your room more floor space, from an 8 by 8 grid at level 1 up to 21 by 21 at level 100.

The weekly leaderboard

The leaderboard has three tabs: This Week, All Time and Clans. This Week resets every Monday at midnight UTC.

At the reset, the top three players win reward chests: a Legendary Chest for first, a Grand Chest for second and a Starter Chest for third.

Weekly XP slows down after your first 90 minutes in a day, and slows again after four hours. Steady study every day beats one all-night marathon, which is better for your marks too.

Streaks, shields and repairs

Finish a focus session on a day and that day counts towards your streak. Hit milestones such as 30, 50, 100 and 365 days and you earn a Legendary Chest.

Life gets in the way sometimes. A streak shield protects your streak for 7 days, and a streak repair fixes a missed day if you use it within 48 hours. You can hold up to two repairs at a time.

Gems and reward chests

Gems are StudyDork's currency. You earn them from your study sessions, from reaching your daily goal, from levelling up and from chests.

Chests come in Starter, Grand, Legendary and Gems types. Open one and you might get gems, furniture for your room or a new look for your Dorkling.

You spend gems in the shop on furniture, skins and themes, or on extras such as a 2 hour 2× XP potion that boosts your lifetime XP.
