Study with friends at uni

A clan for your course

Uni study is mostly unsupervised. Nobody checks whether you watched the lecture or started the assignment. A study clan puts some of that accountability back.

Start a clan with people from your tutorial or your degree, or join one with students preparing for the same exams. You can see who is in a focus session right now, chat with the group and work towards shared goals.

Your clan has its own study room. Everyone who is focusing appears at a desk, so you can see the room fill up the night before a deadline.

Lock your phone for the study blocks in your calendar

StudyDork connects to Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. If your timetable or study plan lives in one of them, StudyDork can show it next to your focus sessions.

With StudyDork Pro, Auto-Lock Calendar turns events into focus sessions. Mark an event as locked and your apps lock when it starts, even if StudyDork isn't open. You can set a whole calendar to always lock, with its own list of apps to block.

StudyDork gives you a heads-up 10 minutes before a locked event starts, so it never catches you mid-message.

Track hours by unit

Create a subject for each unit or course you're taking. Subjects are free and unlimited.

Pick one before each session and your focus time is logged against it. With StudyDork Pro, Subject Stats show which unit has had your attention and which one you've been avoiding.

Pomodoro for long library days

A full day in the library goes better in blocks. StudyDork's Pomodoro timer runs 20 minute focus blocks with 5 minute breaks on the free plan, and Pro adds longer splits such as 50 minutes of focus and 10 minutes of break.

Blocks and breaks switch over on their own while your phone is locked, and every session with apps blocked earns 30% more XP.
